About · Founder & approach

Built from lived experience, backed by evidence.

Southeast Asia’s first inclusive-economy consultancy — founded not from a business-school thesis, but from the experience of being a transgender professional in a system that had no place for her.

Nikki Phinyapincha

Founder & Lead Strategist

Nikki built Southeast Asia’s first inclusive-economy consultancy from the ground up — translating lived experience into the systems, training and benchmarks Asian organisations now use to perform and report better.

She co-developed the UNDP Business Inclusion Toolkit, authored Thailand’s WorldPride 2030 feasibility study for TCEB, and maps the LGBTQ+ inclusive economy across the region — bringing primary research to every engagement.

How we work

Four principles behind every engagement.

Evidence-based

Primary research grounded in Thai organizational data — not imported assumptions.

Constructive

Inclusion as business strategy, not politics. We build, measure and report.

Asia-grounded

Strategies tailored to the Thai and ASEAN context, delivered bilingually in Thai and English.

GRI-mapped

Every training course mapped to GRI standards, so culture work becomes disclosure evidence.

Partnerships

Working alongside the institutions shaping Asia’s inclusive economy.

  • InterPride
  • U.S. Department of State — YSEALI Next
  • National Health Commission Office (Thailand)
